जब हम लोग अपने पैसे से चीजे खरीद के खाते है तो प्लेट चाट चाट के खा जाते है की एक एक पैसा वसूल हो जाए। जब किसी शादी में जाते है तो खाना ऐसे ले लेते ही कि जिंदगी में दुबारा मिलेगा ही नहीं और जब थोड़ा खाते तो लगता है ज्यादा ले लिए फिर की डाल देते है खाली प्लेट रखने वाली टोकरी में क्या फर्क पड़ता है। खाना बरबाद, लगता नहीं है आपको की जो शादी कर रहा है और आपके लिए भोज रक्खा है उसके लिए ये सजा है क्योंकि चाहे शादी लड़के की हो या लड़की की उसके पिता ने कितनी परिश्रम से को पैसा जोड़ा होगा जिसे आप यूं ही प्लेट में सजा के कूड़े में फेंक देते है। अपने पैसे से खरीदे हुए आइसक्रीम मिठाई चाव ले ले के और चाट चाट के खाते है और शादियों में बस यूं ही कूड़े में डाल देते है। 

ये किसी के मेहनत से कमाए पैसे की बेजत्ती नही है बल्कि अन्नपूर्णा माता का भी अपमान है। अगली शादी में ऐसे खायेगा जैसे शादी के खाने में आपका ही पैसा लगा हो।

कुछ गलत लगे तो भूल चूक लेनी देनी।

सबको बक्शीश चाहिए

इस देश की बदकिस्मती है कि यहां लोगो को अपनी ड्यूटी करने के एवज तनख्वाह मिलती है लेकिन उसके बावजूद उनको बक्शीश भी चाहिए होती है जैसे वो अपना काम न कर रहे हो किसी पर एहसान कर रहे हो।

आज सुबह की शुरुआत हुई ऐसे ही एक वाक्ये से जैसे ही आंख खुली सामने हाथ बंधे 100 रुपए का नोट लिए कोच में खाना देंने वाले महानुभाव खड़े थे, सर! कुछ सेवा पानी? अक्सर मैं कुछ न कुछ दे दिया करता था लेकिन आज मैने भी हाथ जोड़ लिए और उनको चलता किया बस इतना एहसान किया उन सज्जन पर के अटेंडेंट से शिकायत नहीं की, क्योंकि मुझे पता था कट नीचे से ऊपर तक निर्धारित होता है। क्योंकि कहां किसकी हिम्मत कि बोगी में बार बार " बक्शीश मांगना दंडनीय है" अनाउंसमेंट के बावजूद किसी की हिम्मत हो जाए बिना सबकी सांठ गांठ के। 

उनसे निजाद पाया। मुझे आशंका थी कि आज कुली महाराज से भी वार्ता करनी होगी क्यों समान थोड़ा ज्यादा था और हैंडल करने में थोड़ी मुश्किल होगी सो सामने खड़े थे कुली महाराज ट्रेन रुकी और वो सामने हाजिर। इसमें कोई 2 राय नहीं कि वो मेहनत करते है, वैसे ही जैसे कोई और ईमानदारी से अपना जीवन यापन करने वाला कोई भी इंसान। बोले, सर समान पहुंचा दे मैने पूछा सर कितना लेंगे एल, साहब बोले अरे जो मन से दीजिएगा कोई बात नही। जितना मन हो दे दीजिए वाले वक्तव्य से हम एक बार बनारस में किसी मंदिर में फस गए थे जहां हमे कुछ भी से 5000 और बहुत जद्दोजहद और बहस करने पर 1000 देने पड़े थे जिस काम के लिए 200 - 300 बहुत थे, दूध के जले छाछ भी फूंक के पीने की तर्ज पर हमने कुली सर से पूछा भाई एक फाइनल अमाउट बताओ ऐसे नही चलेगा बाहर जा के बहस नहीं करनी मुझे, उन्होंने मुंह फाड़ा बोला 850 सौ दे दीजिएगा बस जैसे हम अंबानी हो और और मिनटों में करोड़ों कमा रहे हो,वैसे अंबानी भी होते तो उन्हे भी 4 ट्रॉली को 500 मीटर ले के जाने के लिए 850 ज्यादा ही लगाते, हमने जहा 300 देंगे वो 700 पे आए फिर 600 फिर 500 करते करते बोले चलिए ट्रॉली उतार देते है आप खुद ले जाना मन करें, हमने कहा रहे दो भाई हम उतर लेंगे पर माने नही महानुभाव और 2 ट्रॉली उतार दिए, बाकी का सामान ले कर जब ही नीचे उतरे तो कहने लगे बोहनी करा देना,  नही दे देना 500.  मैने फिर कहा मेरे लिए ज्यादा है मैं खुद ले के चला जाऊंगा, फिर उसने कहा चलो ठीक है जो बोले दे देना, मैं बोला चलो ठीक है, समान लिए हम स्टेशन से बाहर निकले 2 ऑटोमैटिक एस्केलेटर से होते जिसने कुली महाराज को मेहनत को थोड़ा आराम दिया। स्टेसन से बाहर बिकने उन्होंने समान रक्खा और हाथ बढ़ा दिया हमारे पास खुल्ले थे नहीं सो हमे 500 का नोट बढ़ाते हुए कहा 200 वापिस करो, उन्होंने मेरी बात को लगभग इग्नोर कर के हाथ जोड़ा धन्यवाद बोला और निकलने लगे, मुझे बहुत गुस्सा आया उसके दुसाहस पर, सुना नहीं क्या 200 वापिस कर भाई, और साहब बोहनी है मेहनत किया है रहने दो, मैने कहा बात तो 300 की हुई थी मैने कहा भाई मैने 300 बोले दे और 300 दूंगा फिर उन्होंने बगल में खड़ी मिसेज पर मढ दिया बोला भाभी जी ने बोला चलो 500 ले लेना, मिसेज की तरफ मेरी नजर गई उन्होंने नकार दिया, मैं समझ चुका था कि खड़े खड़े कट गई जेब सामने से और वो भी जेबकतरे के द्वारा नहीं सामने खड़े सो कॉल्ड दुनिया के सबसे मेहनती आदमी के द्वारा। मैं उससे लड़ता गाली गलौज करता पैसे चिंता जो मैं कर सकता था लेकिन बच्चा के साथ होने के कारण मैंने ड्रामा का सीन क्रिएट गाली गलौज करने से अच्छा कैब बुक करने में ध्यान लगाना ज्यादा सही समझा, मन के अंदर उस गलिज कुली को लगभग शापते हुए कहा जाओ ऐसे ठगी से बड़े नहीं बनोगे जो हो वही रहोगे और हो क्योंकि ईमानदारी की सूखी रोटी भी मीठी और बेइमानी मावा मिष्ठान भी खारा होता है जाओ जाओ 200 ले के अंबानी बन जाना, वो निकल लिया पिछवाड़े में पूछ दबाए जानवर की तरह। अब बारी थी कैब करने की बारिश हो रही थी भींगते हुए गया 1 दो से पूछे जहां ओला उबर के अनुसार 800 बन रहे थे टैक्सी वालों ने 1500 से डिमांड शुरू की, मैं कुली से बहस कर के थक चुका था मैंने कहा ठीक है भाई मैं ओला बुक करता हूं, कमसे काम उसमे झिकझिक किच किच तो नहीं, ओला बुक किया 15 मिनट में वैट करने के बाद ओला वाले सज्जन आए और समान के ज्यादा होने का सिर्फ ज्ञान दिया और कुछ नहीं कहा बस एहसान रहा उनका, उन्होंने हमे घर पहुंचाए आए हमारी बक्शीश से जान छूटी। ऐसा लगा इस देश में अघोषित रूप में बहुत से लुटेरे घूम रहे और लूट सिर्फ बंदूक के बाल पे नहीं होता, जिनकी आत्मा कहती है : लूटते रहो, लूटते रहो।
